Resident Dashboard
Your Home Base
The Resident Dashboard
Once you log in at goldgarusa.com, your dashboard is organized into 5 tabs. Here's what each one does.

Overview Tab
Your vehicles & home base
The Overview tab is your landing screen. It shows all your registered vehicles with their license plates, descriptions, approval status, and permit numbers. You can also add new vehicles from the empty slot, and access help resources.
Each vehicle shows
Plate number · Make/model/color · Approval status · Permit tag & expiration
Green border = approved. Tap any vehicle to see full details or request changes.

Orders Tab
Your purchase history
The Orders tab shows every purchase you've made — Vehicle Passes, Guest Passes, renewals. Each order shows the date, order ID, fulfillment status, and what was purchased.
Why is this useful? If you need to confirm a purchase, check your permit status, or resolve a billing question — your complete order history is right here.

Guest Parking Tab
Access the Guest Parking App
The Guest Parking tab in your dashboard is how you launch the full Guest Parking App. If you have an active Guest Pass, you'll see the "Open Guest Parking App" button. You can also submit Extended or Special Request Stays for long visits or parties from here.
Need a Guest Pass?
If you don't see the Guest Parking App button, you may need to purchase a Guest Pass from the Goldgar USA store first.

Register guests, manage day passes, and approve parking requests for your community.
Extended Guest Stay Request
For parties, long-term visitors, or multiple vehicles that should not count against your normal guest limits.

Community Tab
Rules & enforcement
The Community tab shows your HOA's parking enforcement policies, violation escalation rules, and community parking regulations. If you receive a violation notice, you can dispute it directly from here.
Important
Vehicles get 1 warning before being subject to booting or towing. Stay familiar with your community's rules here.

Settings Tab
Your profile & address
The Settings tab lets you update your name, phone number, and request an address change. Your property address is linked to your vehicle permits and violation records — changes require admin review.
Address is restricted — click "Request Address Update" and our team processes it within 1 business day. You can also view your full request history here.

Guest Parking App — Residents
For Residents
Managing Guest Parking
From your dashboard, click Guest Parking → "Open Guest Parking App". Here's everything you can do inside.

Your dashboard overview
Your header shows your name, address, community, and Guest Code. The hours bar shows how much of your monthly allowance you've used (e.g. 18 of 96 hours). The progress bar animates in real time as hours are used.

Add a safelist
Tap "+ Add a safelist" to register a guest. Enter their plate, vehicle details, and parking window. Or toggle "Send link to guest" so they fill out their own info.

Approve or deny requests
When a guest submits through the app using your code, a pending request appears here. Tap Approve, Edit, or Deny.

View registration history
All past and active registrations appear below — with dates, durations, and status. Use the "All time" filter to see everything.

Adding a Safelist
When you tap "+ Add a safelist", this form opens. Fill it yourself or send the link to your guest.

Enter the license plate
Type the exact plate number. Add vehicle make, model, and color below.

Add more vehicles if needed
Tap "+ Add vehicle" to register multiple plates in one safelist — great for parties.

Set start & end dates
Pick the parking window. Duration is calculated automatically. Make sure it fits within your monthly hour allowance.

Or send the link to your guest
Toggle "Send link to guest" — your guest fills in their own vehicle info and you don't need to know it yourself.

Guest Parking App — For Guests
No Account Needed
If You're a Guest
Guests never need an account. Your host gives you a Guest Code like G-0000. Go to the Guest Parking App, follow 3 steps, and you're registered.
You're a Resident
Share your Guest Code with your visitor. They use it to submit their vehicle through the app. You approve them from your dashboard.
You're a Guest
Get the Guest Code from your host. Open the Guest Parking App, enter the community and address, type your code, fill in your vehicle info, and submit. Done.

Step 1
Find your host's address
Select your host's community from the dropdown, then type their property address. The app confirms it with a green checkmark. Then enter the Guest Code your host gave you (format: G-0000).
Where do I get the Guest Code? Ask your host — they find it in their Guest Parking App under "My Code". It looks like G-1234.

Review parking limits
Before registering, you'll see your host's community parking limits — monthly hour cap, max stay per visit, and how far back you can set a start time. Read these before continuing.
These limits matter
If you exceed the host's monthly limit, the request may fail. Your host can see their remaining hours in their dashboard.

Step 3
Register your vehicle
Enter your license plate number, vehicle make, model, color, and parking dates. Add your name so your host recognizes you. Then submit — that's it.
After you submit
Your host receives a notification and can approve or deny your request. Once approved, your vehicle is cleared to park during your selected window.
