Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Goldgar USA — including parking permits, guest passes, and any associated add-ons or services — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, failure to use a purchased service, or dissatisfaction with community rules or enforcement decisions.
Exception: Genuine Processing Errors
Refund requests will only be considered if Goldgar USA made a documented, verifiable error during the processing of your order (for example, a duplicate charge, a billing error caused by our system, or an order that was incorrectly fulfilled on our end).
Resident-side errors — such as purchasing the wrong product, entering incorrect information, or failing to read policy requirements — do not qualify as a processing error and are not eligible for a refund.
To dispute a genuine processing error, contact us at Info@goldgarusa.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Cancellation & Immediate Termination of Services
If a resident voluntarily cancels, requests a refund for, or disputes a charge associated with any active parking permit, guest pass, or platform access, the corresponding service will be terminated immediately — not at the end of the current billing or subscription period.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Parking permit privileges (physical permit voided immediately)
- Guest pass access and all guest parking request capabilities
- Access to the resident portal and all associated account features
No partial refund will be issued for unused time remaining on any permit or pass. Once a service is terminated, re-enrollment requires a new purchase and is subject to current pricing and availability.
Mandatory Permit Renewals
Parking permits issued through Goldgar USA are subject to mandatory renewal periods as determined by your community's HOA rules. Failure to renew a permit by the stated deadline will result in:
- Automatic removal of the associated vehicle from your registered account
- Revocation of the physical permit, which will be treated as invalid by enforcement
- The unregistered vehicle becoming subject to parking violations under community enforcement rules
It is the resident's sole responsibility to renew permits on time. Goldgar USA is not liable for violations issued to vehicles removed from an account due to lapsed renewals. No refunds are provided for permits removed due to non-renewal.
Free Physical Permit Replacement (30-Day Window)
Goldgar USA offers a one-time free replacement of a physical parking permit or guest pass within 30 days of the original purchase date, under the following conditions:
- The original physical permit or guest pass was defective, damaged, or not received
- The request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed purchase date
- The request is submitted via the resident portal or by emailing Info@goldgarusa.com
This free replacement applies to physical parking permits and physical guest passes only. It does not apply to digital access, platform subscriptions, or any other product or service.
Replacement requests submitted after the 30-day window, or for reasons other than defect or non-receipt, will not be honored at no charge. Goldgar USA reserves the right to deny fraudulent or abusive replacement requests.
Unauthorized Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Goldgar USA constitutes a policy violation. Any chargeback filed in bad faith will result in immediate suspension of all services tied to the account and may affect eligibility for re-enrollment. Goldgar USA reserves the right to provide full documentation of the transaction and service delivery to payment processors in the event of any dispute.
